M.S.P. is a painting contractor specialized in anticorrosive paint coating of steel structures for civil and industrial buildings, crude oil and gas processing plants, petroleum refining and chemical processing plants, power stations, road and railway bridges. The Company can provide a complete range of steel surface preparation and protection treatments: cleaning, various shotblasting grades according to international standards, application of corrosion preventing paints agreed with the Customer. M.S.P. is committed to solving the most complicated problems, paying attention to the needs of the Customer, having respect for the environment.
The shotblasting treatments are performed by both automatic and manual techniques.
M.S.P. is equipped with:
- N.1 shotblasting machine with infeed roll conveyor having maximum dimensions 2 X 2 MT
- N.1 shotblasting machine with infeed roll conveyor having maximum dimensions 1,50 X 1 MT
- N.1 cabin for manual blasting dimensions 5 X 5 X 20 MT
The paint application is manually operated by air powered or elettric airless sprayers.
These methods allow:
- Multilayer coatings
- Coating of composite structures
Expert operators guarantee the compliance of the film thicknesses of the various painting cycles with the paint Manufacturer’s data sheets and in compliance with the regulations.
Thanks to many successfully performed works, M.S.P. is a qualified contractor for the application of paint coating on hot dip galvanized steelwork (“Duplex system”). M.S.P. in an experienced applicator of the coating systems specified by ENEL, ANAS and AGIP.
The Company has a strong commitment to quality and craftsmanship, which are considered integral part of the coating process in order to guarantee and maintain the highest quality level of service and to preserve and protect the environment.
Carefully checked and calibrated instruments are used to control the wet and dry film thicknesses of each substrate and of the total dry coat.
M.S.P. is an experienced industrial applicator of intumescent coating in compliance with the more recent standards and regulations for the fire resistant metallic and non-metallic structures for theatres, movies, airports, railway stations, indoor stadia.
As qualified applicator of fire resisting paints, M.S.P. can put at Customer’s disposal the best solutions to achieve the thermal insulation performances required by the fire resistance standards and regulations, through the proper choice of the product and its application method so to realize the film thickness assuring the fire resistance rating required by the national Certification Bodies.
